Created by a father & son duo, one a Type 1 Diabetic and the other an emerging Mechanical Engineer and Product Designer, the podpop was designed to take the guess work out of applying the Omnipod™ 5 Insulin pump for those Diabetics that have Neuropathy that effects the dexterity in their fingers or, just can’t seem to apply the pod without folding the adhesive in some way! Listen, we’re not out here trying to cure Diabetes, we are just trying to make it a little less of a not so sticky situation (see what we did there!)
STEP 1
Set up your pod as you normally do.
Remove the plastic tab but, DO NOT REMOVE the two adhesive covers. Flip your pod over and place your podpop securely over the pod.
podpop is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
STEP 2
Prep your site area as always.
Peel your adhesive tabs and place your pod in your chosen spot pushing down for an even and secure placement.
STEP 3
Pop it off, run your fingers around the
edges for a snug seal and you're done.
It is honestly that simple!
